At Hill and Hill Recruitment we work exclusively in the built environment. We have expertise of working with tier one main contractors and developers, within new build residential and commercial, social housing and maintenance & refurbishment. In addition, we also have a dedicated consultant who is focused on subcontracting fit out and facades giving us a unique insight into the construction life cycle.

Covering both temporary freelance assignments as well as permanent appointments, we have a proven track record in placing candidates from Graduate to Director level from commercial, production and technical disciplines.

We have an open and honest approach to helping you find the right role. Everyone is different and so it’s important for us to be good listeners and to take the time to understand what it is that you are looking for. Sounds simple, but you’d be surprised at how many agencies don’t get the basics right. We’re good at what we do, but sometimes the magic just doesn’t happen. If that’s the case, or if we haven’t got anything suitable, we always communicate this to you so you’re not left hanging!
